Terms and Conditions for 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

If multiple products were purchased, refunds will only be provided for the first used product. Unused and unopened products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs for unopened products are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

Customers must contact our customer support team at sales@zaphiranature.com with their order number and a brief explanation of their experience. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the request and verification.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
